But can he lie down?

People wonder if Mr. Cool can lie down while in his wheels.

Apparently so:

Nothing stops a lazy beagle!

He just didn't seem comfortable enough, though.

    So cute! We used to have a beagle, so I have a huge soft spot for them. Now we have a beagle-mix.
